The program

Undistributed Refund Experts sends text messages about surplus funds claims to people who ask to receive them. Messages include case status updates, claim deadline reminders, requests for documents on an open claim, and replies to questions you send us.

We do not send texts to sell unrelated products, and we do not share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing.

How you opt in

You receive texts only if you opt in, for example by ticking the optional SMS box on our case review form and giving us your mobile number. The box is unticked by default, and you can send the form without ticking it. The opt-in reads:

SMS consent, as shown on the form

I consent to receive SMS notifications & alerts from Undistributed Refund Experts at the mobile number provided, including case status updates and claim deadline reminders. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a case review.

After opting in you may receive a confirmation such as: “Undistributed Refund Experts: you’re subscribed to case updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.”

Opting out

You can cancel at any time. Text STOP to the number that is messaging you. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts. To join again, opt in the way you did the first time, or text START.

Your privacy
